Sean D. Casterline, CFA, C(k)P

Sean Casterline brings three decades of experience to his role with the Delta Companies. He specializes in asset management and alternative investing and has shared his unique insights on investing and finance on the radio, in print, and through his book.

After earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Florida, Sean launched his career in 1992, working as an asset manager for Delta Advisory Group, Inc.. Over his six years with the firm, he rose to a Senior Portfolio Manager position. He then decided to move to Wealth Management Financial Group, where he managed as much as $185 million in assets for his clients.

While focused on his clients and their investments, he managed to work on a financial radio program called Talking About Your Investments. He co-hosted the show’s four-hour episodes. The program was popular nationwide. It was syndicated and broadcast in 85 markets, including large metro areas like Dallas, New York, and San Francisco. Over the years, Sean has also regularly appeared as a finance and investment expert for local news broadcasts in Tampa and Orlando.

Sean continues to offer wisdom on a variety of financial topics. In addition to speaking at industry conferences around the country, he regularly appears in national publications. For instance, he gave an in-depth interview to Authority Magazine. Also, he has provided insights about the economy in the International Business Times, predictions about interest rates in CNET Money, and advice about gold investments on CBS News Moneywatch. And, he offered retirement advice for US News and World Report.

Sean is a published author. His book Investor’s Passport to Hedge Fund Profits was published in 2010. He is currently writing a second book on international investing.

Sean brings his diverse knowledge and experience to his current role with Delta Private Wealth, LLC. He continues to focus on asset management and retirement planning. Meanwhile, he specializes in alternative investments in real estate and other areas. His philosophy is to structure these investments to offer clients flexibility and high yields as they enjoy access to unique investments that would otherwise not be available to them.

In addition to his degrees, Sean is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). In the past, he served as a Director for the CFA-Orlando Society. He also worked as an arbiter for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).

Sean is also very active in charities with his wife, Amy. They established the Sean and Amy Casterline Fund at the University of Florida. He also supports local charities in the Orlando area, medical charities, food programs, autism research, and the Sharing Smiles program, which helps disadvantaged children worldwide. He has given his time and expertise to organizations like the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Habitat for Humanity.

Sean is heavily involved in education and trade organizations. He has been an active member of the University of Florida Alumni Association throughout his career. He is also involved in the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the CFA Institute.

Chris truesdell

Chris E. Truesdell, CRPS

Partner/Senior Plan Consultant

Chris E. Truesdell is Partner and Senior Plan Consultant for Delta Capital Management and has more than 15 years of industry experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ohio State University and has passed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Series 6, Series 63 and Series 65 examinations. Prior to joining Delta Capital Management, he held a regional position for one of the largest 401(k) record-keepers in the country.

Chris brings a wealth of knowledge in the analysis, design, implementation and monitoring of ERISA-based retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), Defined Benefit and more. He has worked with corporate retirement plans throughout the country and assists clients with fiduciary compliance, plan design, plan benchmarking, vendor searches, plan transitions, vendor management, investment reviews and ongoing plan administration. Chris also has expertise in the areas of fiduciary risk mitigation, technical retirement plan knowledge, participant education strategies, investment committee meeting facilitation, problem resolution and plan operational support.

Chris lives in Central Florida with his wife Lori, and his three children Carter, Chase, and Harper.

Alexander Petsos, CFA

Senior Portfolio Manager

Alex is a Portfolio Manager with Delta Capital Management, LLC. He has managed accounts for a variety of individuals and businesses across the United States. Alex works closely with clients to manage their investment accounts, strategies, and portfolio risk. He previously worked as an analyst for the firm, helping to evaluate alternative investments.

Prior to joining Delta Capital Management, Alex worked with global investment funds at the Bank of New York Mellon and honed his analytical abilities as a financial analyst with a Fortune Global 500 company. He has passed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Series 65 examination and is currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Alex has a Master of Business Administration concentrating in finance from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where he graduated with honors. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in economics from Rollins College, graduating with honors.

Deluca

Anthony DeLuca, CFP®, CDFA®

Financial Advisor

Anthony DeLuca is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® Professional, and a Senior Financial Advisor with Delta Advisory Group, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor located in Maitland, FL. He is a member of the investment committee that manages client assets totaling over $215 million. He is also an integral part of Delta’s 401(k) team and an active part of the education and retention of 401(k) participants.

Graduating Summa Cum Laude, he earned both a Geoscience degree and a Geographical Information Systems certificate at Florida Atlantic University while playing Division 1 College Football for three years. Anthony made his transition into the Financial Services Industry after spending the first part of his career in the world of Civil Engineering. He also holds several professional licenses including the Series 65 – National RIA and the Health, Life, and Variable Annuity License in Florida.

Anthony’ s favorite part of his day is developing lasting relationships with clients and helping those clients reach their long-term financial goals. His charismatic personality and passionate approach will show true as he connects and grows with each individual client.

Outside of the office, Anthony enjoys many outreach programs. He is a proud member of The Seminole County Leadership Program – Class 32 where he became involved with The Villages and Impower program both of which help foster children who have phased out of the foster care system. He also is an active volunteer with Sharing Smiles, an organization focused on cleft lip and Palate treatment in Latin American countries. Finally, he has joined Habitat for Humanities’ Mentorship Program and the LLS Leadership committee. In his free time, he is an avid sports fan, competing in tennis, football, and lacrosse. He is also passionate about his writing projects which he works on while spending time outside exploring the Florida Sunshine with his adopted dog, Luna.

Roy Miranda, AIF, PPC

Senior Plan Consultant

Roy F. Miranda is the Senior Plan Consultant for Delta Capital Management specializing in the fiduciary aspects of the corporate retirement plan marketplace. As a plan consultant, Roy’s main thrust is to coordinate programs designed to guide Plan Sponsors and Fiduciaries through plan development and design, investment management selection, employee education, legislative changes, and ongoing plan administration and monitoring. Roy walks plan clients through a six step process; identifying goals, objectives and their shortfalls if any; writing and applying an Investment Policy Statement; documenting fiduciary compliance; selecting providers and monitoring their expenses; developing an effective employee education program and managing your plan for success.

Roy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University as well as his Master of Arts in Health Services Management from Webster University. Additionally, he has earned the Professional Plan Consultant designation, the Registered Financial Planner designation, and has passed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Series 6, Series 7, Series 65 examinations.

Since 2009 Roy has been an affiliate member of the Central Florida Medical Group Management Association, member of the Central Florida Health Underwriters Association, board member of the Seminole County Reagan Clubs and church member of the Metro Church of Winter Springs.

Megan Johnson

Chief Compliance Officer

Megan is the Chief Compliance Officer for Delta Capital Management, LLC. She studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Florida with a focus in business before making the transition into the financial industry. As Chief Compliance Officer, Megan is responsible for leading the internal processes for promoting and ensuring Delta’s compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations.
