Sean D. Casterline CFA, C(k)P

Mr. Casterline began his career with Delta First Financial as an asset manager. During his time at Delta, he progressed thru the company to eventually land as the Senior Portfolio Manager with the firm. In 1998, he left for an opportunity to work with Wealth Management Financial Group as their Senior Portfolio Manager. While there, Mr. Casterline managed client assets totaling over $185 million and co-hosted a syndicated financial radio show called “Talking About your Investments”. The show was broadcast in 85 cities nationwide for four hours a day and was heard in such cities as New York, San Francisco and Dallas.

Mr. Casterline has also been published in several trade magazines/websites and in April 2010 had his book Investors Passport to Hedge Fund Profits hit the bookshelves.

Mr. Casterline earned both his Bachelors Degree in Finance and Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He also has the distinction of being a CFA Charter holder and was an Arbitrator for the NASD. Mr. Casterline is also an active member in the University of Florida Alumni Association and has also served as a Director for the CFA-Orlando Society. He has been involved with other charitable organizations such as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Gainesville and Habitat for Humanity.

Mr. Casterline met his wife Amy in 1992. In 2001, they decided to become full time foster parents. They were licensed through the Children’s Home Society in 2002 and are now proud parents of their two adopted sons, Jonathan and Beau.

Chris truesdell

Chris E. Truesdell

Partner/Senior Plan Consultant

Chris E. Truesdell is Partner and Senior Plan Consultant for Delta Capital Management and has more than 15 years of industry experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ohio State University and has passed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Series 6, Series 63 and Series 65 examinations. Prior to joining Delta Capital Management, he held a regional position for one of the largest 401(k) record-keepers in the country.

Chris brings a wealth of knowledge in the analysis, design, implementation and monitoring of ERISA-based retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), Defined Benefit and more. He has worked with corporate retirement plans throughout the country and assists clients with fiduciary compliance, plan design, plan benchmarking, vendor searches, plan transitions, vendor management, investment reviews and ongoing plan administration. Chris also has expertise in the areas of fiduciary risk mitigation, technical retirement plan knowledge, participant education strategies, investment committee meeting facilitation, problem resolution and plan operational support.

Chris lives in Central Florida with his wife Lori, and his three children Carter, Chase, and Harper.


Anthony DeLuca

Financial Advisor

Graduating Summa Cum Laude, he earned both a Geoscience degree and a Geographical Information Systems certificate at Florida Atlantic University while playing Division 1 College Football for three years. Anthony made his transition into the Financial Services Industry after spending the first part of his career in the world of Civil Engineering. He has held several security licenses including the Series 65 – National RIA, the Series 7 – General Securities Representative, the Health, Life, and Variable Annuity License as well as the General Securities Principal License – Series 24. He is now furthering his studies as he pursues the CFP Designation.

Anthony’s favorite part of his day is developing lasting relationships with clients and helping those clients reach their long-term financial goals. He is also an integral part of Delta’s 401(k) team and an active part of the education and retention of 401(k) participants. His charismatic personality and passionate approach will show true as he connects and grows with each individual client.

Outside of the office, Anthony is an avid sports fan and competes in both tennis and lacrosse. He also is passionate about his writing projects which he works on while spending time with his adopted Doberman, Rebel.

Roy Miranda, AIF, PPC

Senior Plan Consultant

Roy F. Miranda is the Senior Plan Consultant for Delta Capital Management specializing in the fiduciary aspects of the corporate retirement plan marketplace. As a plan consultant, Roy’s main thrust is to coordinate programs designed to guide Plan Sponsors and Fiduciaries through plan development and design, investment management selection, employee education, legislative changes, and ongoing plan administration and monitoring. Roy walks plan clients through a six step process; identifying goals, objectives and their shortfalls if any; writing and applying an Investment Policy Statement; documenting fiduciary compliance; selecting providers and monitoring their expenses; developing an effective employee education program and managing your plan for success.

Roy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University as well as his Master of Arts in Health Services Management from Webster University. Additionally, he has earned the Professional Plan Consultant designation, the Registered Financial Planner designation, and has passed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Series 6, Series 7, Series 65 examinations.

Since 2009 Roy has been an affiliate member of the Central Florida Medical Group Management Association, member of the Central Florida Health Underwriters Association, board member of the Seminole County Reagan Clubs and church member of the Metro Church of Winter Springs.

Alexander Petsos

Portfolio Manager

Alex is a Portfolio Manager with Delta Capital Management, LLC. He has managed accounts for a variety of individuals and businesses across the United States. Alex works closely with clients to manage their investment accounts, strategies, and portfolio risk. He previously worked as an analyst for the firm, helping to evaluate alternative investments.

Prior to joining Delta Capital Management, Alex worked with global investment funds at the Bank of New York Mellon and honed his analytical abilities as a financial analyst with a Fortune Global 500 company. He has passed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Series 65 examination and is currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Alex has a Master of Business Administration concentrating in finance from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where he graduated with honors. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in economics from Rollins College, graduating with honors.


Gregory M. Beardslee

Principal/Wealth Manager

Gregory M. Beardslee began his investment career at SunTrust in 1991. Greg’s core value that ‘Caring Matters’ has helped him build strong long-term relationships with his clients. Greg believes that by caring about his clients and their future gives him all the incentive he needs to give top shelf service and advice. He is also a strong believer in having a great team of talented and dedicated people around him.

Having been through the many ups and downs of the markets for nearly 30 years has given Greg a perspective on the markets that is anchored in keeping the long view. Greg believes that starting with a solid understanding of a client’s risk tolerance and goals is critical for long-term success. Then he builds on that understanding to develop a plan to reach those goals. Having a range of experiences in both good and bad markets helps Greg keep his clients from letting short-term emotions derail their plan. Keeping panic at bay during down times and over exuberance in check during up times is vital to long-term success.

Greg and his wife, Michelle were born in Orlando and currently reside in Ocoee, Florida. They have two grown sons and family in central Florida. In addition to investment advice & retirement planning for clients, Greg volunteers at his local church teaching Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace.


Eric J. Hoebbel

Principal/Wealth Manager

Eric J. Hoebbel first became interested in the financial markets as a kid. He would watch Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser with his dad and even though he didn’t understand much, he was intrigued. Though due to unfortunate circumstances, his interest in financial planning was further piqued when his father died when Eric was 12. His mother, with no real assets or financial understanding, hired a financial advisor. Eric would sit in on the appointments and though he still had little understanding he liked “Mike” and knew he was a true fiduciary before it became trendy or even required. Mike always had his mom’s best interests at heart. Mike was Eric’s first mentor though neither Mike nor Eric knew it at the time.

Fast forward about 10 years and Eric started in the financial services industry first working at Key Bank while in college then at First Union Bank after moving to Florida. Eric got is first “break” in the brokerage industry when he was hired by Charles Schwab. After one year at Schwab, Eric became an advisor at SunTrust. In 2001, he left SunTrust and founded American Harbour Wealth Management with several partners, including Greg Beardslee who he continues to work with at Delta.

Eric earned his Certified Financial Planner certificate in 1998 and his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2003. He is originally from Buffalo, New York which is where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Canisius College.

As a father of twins, he spends a lot of time shuttling his daughter to soccer and his son to lacrosse. Eric is also very involved with the Diocese of Orlando Mission Office. He tries to make an annual mission trip to the Dominican Republic where he goes as a translator to help a surgical team communicate with the patients and their families. Eric enjoys spending weekends with his family out on the lakes and, though not very good, also enjoys playing golf.

Matthew Haushalter

Principal/Wealth Manager

Matthew “Matt” Haushalter is a Principal-Wealth Advisor for Delta Capital Management. Prior to joining Delta Capital he was a partner with American Harbour Wealth Management based in Orlando, Florida. His commitment to building relationships and exhibiting the highest standards of honesty and professionalism are the cornerstones of his business values. Matt’s approach is to fully understand the unique financial position and goals of you, the client, to create and manage a bespoke strategy.

In addition to Delta Capital, Matt has held positions with T Rowe Price and Waddell & Reed. He has successfully completed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 examinations and holds a Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license. He holds a Bachelors degree from the McDaniel College School of Business Administration which he earned after graduating from Bishop Moore High School.

Among many interests, Matt enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling with his wife Brittany, coaching lacrosse and spending time with family. He has been a resident of Orange County since 1993.


Megan Johnson

Chief Compliance Officer

Megan is the Chief Compliance Officer for Delta Capital Management, LLC. She studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Florida with a focus in business before making the transition into the financial industry. Megan holds securities licenses including Series 7 – General Securities Rep and Series 24 – General Securities Principal.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Megan is responsible for leading the internal processes for promoting and ensuring Delta’s compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations.
